I got a new mask today, and the doctor set my pressure on auto 8-10. He said I have quite a few central apneas which might explain the numbers not being 0 when I check them every morning (Resmed AutoSet Spirit) He said the higher pressure I was on might have caused more apneas because I require lower pressures in his opinion (looking at my past sleep studies) Looking forward to this mask, it fit really good in the DME's office :-) It has a sliding part in front that moves. Will report tomorrow.
