Well, Continental supposedly allows the CPAP to NOT be
counted. It said that in the letter that I was sent, and took a copy
with me when I entered the airplane. In reality, the stewardess
MADE us take one of the bags back and check them. I argued
with her at the door of the airplane, and showed her the letter.
She would have none of it and made us take a bag back to be
checked. I wrote a letter later to Continental telling them I didn't
appreciate what happened. Never heard back. Alaska Airlines
doesn't have a policy that allows the CPAP as a 3rd carry on. I
will be getting the BIGGEST purse I can find to take some of my
carry on stuff with me :-) AND the largest carry on suitcase I can
manage to fit the CPAP in along with some stuff as well. I will
not be dragging that CPAP bag again...very heavy when you have
a ways to walk LOL
