Don't want to be discouraging to you, but sometimes it can take many months to really start feeling better. For one thing, you may have accumulated significant sleep debt that some doctors feel need to be repaid. You might want to read Dr. Dement's book, 'The Promise of Sleep.' Sometimes after starting CPAP, other previously unidentified issues begin to surface that must be dealt with. Some of us got into bad habits of eating/drinking too much caffeine, sugar, etc., in an effort to maintain energy and need to learn healthier ways of coping. Some of us quit exercising because of lack of energy and it's good to gradually get back into that. So it isn't as easy as simply strapping on the mask and having an instant cure-all, much as I wish it were. Good luck to you.
