Dear Adjusted - Your Resmed S8 will work all around the world. I have used the S7 series in Japan, Thailand, USA and Canada, the same machine. I have just purchased the S8, and have read the manual only this morning. I read that it will work around the world. Don't worry.

I strongly feel that CPAP should not be counted as a carry-on item.
