Sure enough, I found some info to answer my own question and have following the following suggestions:

1) Check to see if mask is pressed too tightly to face. Loosen mask and adjust to eliminate air leaks without extra pressure on skin, particularly on or above bridge of nose or on forehead.

2) Sometimes spaces and air cushions can help ease the pressure points. Also, if you are allergic to mask, you can apply a paper tape the covers area where mask touches skin.
