I know exactly what you are going through.

Just remember, if they are doing a PSG test, they will only need a "specimen" of your sleep to make an accurate diagnosis. So, even if you sleep for an hour or so at some time during the night, that will be enough for them to get an accurate reading. Don't stress. If you are having trouble, just take the medicine. It is likely to be a bitter tasting liquid. It works very well.
