CPAP user with severe headache

I have been using my CPAP for a couple of weeks now and still waking up feeling absolutely exhausted. On top of that I wake up with an excruciating headache that pretty much lasts all day. Is it possible that my oxygen level on CPAP needs to be adjusted?
