I always had sinus infections, I was always on antibiotics and have now become allergic to three families of them - very scary situation.

Go to Longs or online and get NeilMed sinus rinse. Since using this, I no longer have sinus infections. It has been about four years now free of taking antibiotics due to sinus infections.
