I take it that you have a separate oxygen tank that bleeds oxygen into your airflow?

If you are still waking up exhausted then something is definitely not right. The headache is also a sign of that.

Your mask could be leaking or you may need the pressure adjusted, etc.

I would speak with your doctor -- you may need to have another sleep study to get re-titrated.

You may want to also look into a different fitting mask.

If you have a bed partner, ask them if they notice you snoring, gasping or if there are sounds of air leaking from your mask while you sleep.
