Hello D.H. Sorry for delay in getting back here. (I came in during the weekend but of course can't post then.)

I knew I cat-napped a bit during the titration because I did feel I woke up from a dream one time...

I just received my titration results last week and I did 'sleep' (over 90% stage 1, balance stage 2 and 1 brief REM period) for a total of about 2 hours over a 9 hour period.

My doctor just represcribed me Lunesta to try, to see if it would work again for me but it does not.

I'm just not sure where to go from here. No point in going back unless I can figure out a way to sleep? I am thinking the only way I'm going to get this done is with AutoPAP for a few weeks/month. So far neither of my doctors is considering this though.

Any thoughts or ideas welcome.

Blessings,
