My levels also bounce around a lot; I have allergies and mild asthma. Get an auto-adjusting cpap. You might have to argue with your doctor about it or buy it yourself, but it's worth it. Then you can monitor your nightly pressure needs.

Also, if you are using a humidifier, you might not need a full face mask. I have found full face mmasks to be leaky, noisy and much less comfortable than the nasal mask.
