You may want to inquire about obtaining an Auto-Pap. I don't know a whole lot about it, but I know it records data every night (or when needed) and your pressure can be adjusted accordingly. I'm not sure if the pressure changes based on your breathing or not. It may.

I would google it and speak to your doctor or respiratory therapist.
