CPAP previously. I think I just learned to breath differently. Also, I changed the rise time to 4 from 3 and that helped too because it extended the time it took to inhale. I can sleep a complete night with the mask on but some nights the machine just keep beeping. I found this is due to a power issue though.

Also, I just recently got nasal pillows and I found they make it much easier to breath with the machine. Unfortunately, my wife says I exhale loudly through my mouth and then she wakes me up to put my full face mask on. Its really hard for me to put the mask on after experiencing the joy of the pillows.
