I'm recommending this to most everyone having trouble with a CPAP, including new users who always have problems getting used to it. Try taking Ambien CR in conjunction with the CPAP. It is safe, non-habit forming, non-narcotic, and will smooth out the annoyances of sleeping with a CPAP. I always wake up feeling great when I use both.
