Thanks for the ideas. I would be interested to read more on IBS being caused by sleep apnea. Do you know where you read that?

As far as the Adderall, I don't experience it as a stimulant. Unfortunately it doesn't do anything for me in terms of feeling less tired and if anything I sleep better on it. I did try a couple of nights of cpap after not taking Adderall the day before and I didn't notice any difference. I will it try again.
