A search using "Herr [au] AND reflux" on PubMed will get the stuff on IBS and sleep apnea.

It is my understanding it was written by someone who discovered that that treating sleep apnea also treated ulcerative colitis. That person posted the conclusion and two others reported that they had the same experience.

Another person reported that treating sleep apnea also treated reflux and irritable bowel syndrome, except for once a month.

Herr also has something in a journal on sleep apnea and PMS.
