This really seems to be a case where the nightly data that can be gathered from an autopap might give you some information as to what's going on at night, whether you are continuing to have apneas or hypopneas, the length of time, etc.

My gut feeling is that something is going on with you that hasn't been identified. It may be that somehow the Adderall affects you differently now that you're getting a better quality of sleep. One little boy I knew was put on medication for ADHD, though many of us felt ADHD was not his problem. The medication made him very groggy and sleepy during the day, zombie-like; I don't know what the medication was.

I think you will have to be persistent in getting to the bottom of this. My best to you . . .
