LAUP surgery

I will be seeing a surgeon in a month to talk LAUP and other options for my sleep apnea. I also have a deviated septum along with narcoplepsy. Yes, I am a train wreck. But, I am trying to find the best options for treatment. Has anyone had any of the surgeries for sleep apnea? I would appreciate any input.
