Visit the "NON-CPAP OPTIONS" link on this forum.

This will go over all surgical options for sleep apnea, and there are many. They include maxillomandibular advancement, genioglossus advancement, maxillomandibular expansion, radiofrequency of the tongue and palate, uvulectomy and tonsilectomy, UPPP...and more.

Many of us have visited Stanford surgeons for our surgery since they specialize in head/neck surgery for sleep apnea.
