CHF can cause central sleep apnea. With central apneas sometimes it helps to use something like a Bi-Level device with a wide pressure swing, similar to a respirator in the timed mode or it may work in the auto detect mode. You may want to talk to your sleep doc and see if it makes sense. It can be used with obstructive sleep apnea also. Here is a good web page with detailed information on CSA and CHF.
