I haven't heard anyone say that the home studies are as accurate as an in-lab overnight sleep study and I don't see how any of them could give the doctor as much detailed information as the lab study. Why are you messing with home studies after having overnight tests that show severe OSA? Are you seeking to avoid CPAP treatment?
