Legally? I'm concerned with the term "generally may carry". That still means that someone else has discretion over whether you are allowed to carry it on at all--as opposed to "shall be permitted to carry".

But Hoorah!!! At least we have this to bring to their attention! THANK YOU, Barb (Seattle)!!!
