Apnea on Discovery Health channel

Mystery Diagnosis on Discovery Health channel played Harley Howard's apnea segment again last night. It's very good and no telling how many people it has helped. You might check the listings to see if it will replay, and spread the word.

It starts off with severe heart racing during the day, then nightmares, with heart racing, severe headaches, high blood pressure. Went on for years and got worse and worse. Drs kept telling him to take his meds - to no effect (crazy). A member of his church was a sleep tech and suggested a sleep study. After refusing, Harley finally gave in, and sure enough - apnea. CPAP improved symptoms immediately, and blood pressure improvement followed closely after that.
