Thanks for the response guys. Today, I spoke with the sleep specialist that administered my sleep test. She said that the Physician's Assitant (PA) that examined me sent me a recommendation for the obstructive sleep apnea test, not the central sleep apnea test.

The sleep specialist noticed obstructive sleep apnea during the test. She said my symptoms are most likely anxiety related (that's what all the other doctors have been saying). She also said the PA could have recommended a central sleep apnea test if she thought I had those symptoms, but apparently she didn't see any symptoms of it.

I found out a central sleep apnea test is a test where they put a bunch of monitoring electrodes all over your head. Interesting stuff.

On a side note, the person who invented nasal pillows is a genius. One of the reasons why I stopped using CPAP back in the day was because of the red mark it left on the top of my nose. Now I don't have to worry about that.
