Have you had x-rays to see how much obstruction you have and where the obstruction lies. It is possible that MMA (jaw advancement surgery) could widen your airway and thereby aleviate your OSA. This could be especially effective if you have recessed chin, "weak"/small lower jaw and not obese. Why not see one of the Stanford people? Perhaps they might have some insight.
