I forgot to add that I am overweight (hard to exercise a lot when you are tired, but I do 45 minutes 5 days per week) and I live on Ontario, Canada. The sleep doctor I saw was affiliated with one of the major hospitals in Toronto.

I haven't had xrays, but maybe that is something to consider.
