Yes, I saw that episode a while back - goes to show you that doctors dismiss all the symptoms of sleep apnea as being "anxiety, stress, nightmares, etc." like mine did. I told my doctor in San Francisco that I wake up gasping for air and jump out of bed with my heart pounding. She said it was "nightime anxiety"!!! I'm soooo glad for the internet, I diagnosed myself and found a new doctor!!!!
