Husbands Sleep Lab last night???

They told him he had severe sleep apnea & he stops breathing 81 xs an hour & each lasting at least 51 seconds they also said his heartrate drops into the 60's they tried him on several machines mixed with a nose spray the tech told him he can have a heart attack or stroke in his sleep .... are his numbers really that serious ????
