I hope the FF mask can work better for you. In lieu of that, ask your doctor or DME to refer to the clinician's manual for your specific CPAP model to see what the manufacturer recommends for O2 connections. Sometimes special fittings are needed. You can also refer to the instructions for your CPAP mask, assuming you have been given a copy.

If your provider does not have the clinician's manual for your CPAP model, they need to get a copy or send you to another DME that does have that information.
