There's a lot of things that can cause frequent wakenings, but definitely give CPAP a try, it won't hurt a thing. Apnea is VERY difficult, if not impossible to detect on your own. You might just find that you feel a lot better, or it may do nothing, or you may not be able to tolerate it. If the later, keep exploring the apnea angle until you're sure it's not the problem.

Also, consider dumping the caffeine. Humans aren't designed to require a stimulant every day, and some people such as me have become very sensitive to it for some reason. It definitely messes with my sleep.
