According to the specialists, less than five "respiratory disturbances" per hour is not having sleep apnea. I think this is still debatable.

In any event, I wouldn't use the CPAP anymore. Four events an hour is fairly insignificant.

To increase your improvement you can try sleeping more on your side, addressing any nasal congestion (if you have any) or losing a little (or a lot) of weight.
