If you have a recliner chair, you might try putting all the apparatus on and watching TV while reclining in the chair during the early evening. The idea is to get yourself acclimated to the white noise of the air and relaxing while wearing all the equipment. If you fall asleep in the chair, so much the better. Some people have success playing soft music at night.

Even though your mask is comfortable, you might have to try others, including nasal masks, to eliminate leaks, though that seems to be a small part of your problem. I have many more leak problems with a full face mask than I do with nasal masks.
