You do have a problem. A big problem
This may belong also over at the non cpap forum where surgeries are discussed.
I am not sure how much of your problem is the many surgeries you have had and the effect on the proper closing of tissues in the top of your mouth.
It is too late for this to be corrected and sometimes surgeries make cpap not work properly.
It may just be that your only option is a trach.
I hope others pay attention to your situation before they have procedures done by eager surgeons.
The MMA in YOUR case probably has a low success rate.
I wonder what aadvice the ask a surgeon feature on this board would provide in your case.
It would be nice if the questinos asked there were posted here.
