Home Sleep Study

Posted by sleepyhead on August 15, 2007 at 09:26:09:

Has anyone used a home sleep study for detecting sleep apnea? I had a sleep study done in a lab, but couldn't sleep and so the results were inconclusive. I thought if I tried one at home, I might sleep better, but I'm wondering if it will be as accurate as far as detecting sleep apnea. Would love to hear about anyone's experiences. Thanks!
