I'm not sure what this medication does, but if it relaxes you (to alleviate the insomnia), much like a sleeping pill or alcohol, it may exacerbate sleep apnea. This may change the pressure needed for your cpap if you lose more muscle tone at night due to the drugs.

You could always look into a self adjusting BiPAP Auto.
