Check out this link for the RemStar BiPAP Auto. It's the machine I use -- pretty much the top of the line machine available right now.

The pressure adjusts throughout the night based on your need, plus it is a "bi-pap" and the pressure goes down for a fraction of a second during your exhale to make it more comfortable.
