Airport X-RAY machine damage

Posted by fullcolordreamer97071 on August 28, 2007 at 07:50:32:

I did not remove the CPAP from my luggage and it was exposed to the X-RAY machine at the airport. The CPAP I have has a slide in data card. Is it possible for the X-RAY machine to alter the data card or in some other way cause the CPAP to not start up correctly. I have a REMstar Pro with C-Flex Model No. 1005961. I will take this into the Portland, VA clinic to have it examined by Theresa, but I was just wondering if there were others who noticed the same thing. fullcolordreamer97071
