side sleeper and mask leaks

Posted by sleepyhead on August 28, 2007 at 11:49:59:

I sleep mostly on my side, and I've noticed that my mask will fit fine with no leaks if I'm lying on my back, but when I turn on my side it shifts and starts leaking. I have to wiggle my head around, or adjust the straps, and then not move my head or it will start leaking again. I'm just wondering if a different type (I'm using a Flexifit HC 407 nasal mask now) or if a particular style works better for side sleepers. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
