You will definitely want to look into a BiPAP because it makes the exhale much easier.

Also, because your apnea is so severe, it would be beneficial to lose as much weight as possible (if you're overweight) and possibly look into some surgical options. The reason I say this is because of the severity of your apnea, it will be difficult for a cpap to alleviate all of your apneic events.
