Bird Watcher,
I am not having mouth leaks, but belching as I fall asleep and some gas pressure later in the night. Dr. KL said that I might need to lower the CPAP pressure since my airway should be more open. This worked a bit better last night, but then it seemed I wasn't getting enough air. I guess it will be a measure of both adaptation and adjustment. Thanks for the reminder on diet. I think I do pretty well, but I do like a little cheese and wine on ocassion. Now I just have to figure out how to eat a brown rice and egg sandwich in the car on the way to work!
