No, you are not psychotic, nor lazy, nor losing your mind, nor any of the other negative things you may have been beating yourself up for.

It also took a month to get the results of my sleep study, even though I nagged them and the study showed severe apnea with an RDI of 96 events an hour and oxygen desaturation of 83%. You'd think they might have moved just a little bit faster on it. Anyway, it got done eventually. Best of luck to you and enjoy your new life.
