probably a layer of fat on a person's face makes a kind of "extra cushion". It could actually make the mask fit better. Of course, a thinner face means that your insides (inside of tongue, inside of throat, etc.) will be less fat and thus you will have less obstruction. That is a long-winded way of saying...Congratulations on the weight loss and keep up the good work!
