thanks for the reply. I'm sure the PLM IS caused by Cymbalta - my sleep doc told me as much. quick movement twitching of feet on awakening from events.
since I think cymbalta may be the cause of central or is at least bad for my sleep (see the thread I started on that in this same 133 forum and sandman's reply on the effect on my REM) my plan that I am in the midst of is to try to wean from cymblalta AD and move to something gentler on sleep. The sleep group prescribed me oxygen but I don't know how much its helping. definitely CPAP did not help up to now. thanks again for your input.
