thanks for your input and advice. I certainly do want to clear this central stuff up and do tryin to comply with my docs suggestions. i wish the first sleep center had told me about the central copoenent initially. it was really just looked at after the second study was done at a different place. Its a mild case reportedly but my memory and sharpness have rapidly faded, in my opinion, over the last couple of years and I'm only 39. I don't know how much of that is the central and how much is the antidepressants. we shall see as I am trying wean off the current AD which is not great for my sleep. Also trying just straight oxygen though I would say the perceived impact of it has been minimal. thanks again and good luck
