SLEEP APNEA/DEPRESSION TREATMENT

Posted by carrob on September 11, 2007 at 12:24:27:

I've recently been diagnosed with OSA and have been using my CPAP for about 6 weeks. I can't believe the difference in how I physically feel !! However, I have been battling depression for several years and had "plateaud" on Prozac at 40mg a day. I refused to take a higher dosage so my doctor prescribed Lexapro 10mg a day. Well, in the last few weeks, I have felt great physically....but feel anxious, jumpy and really on edge. Could it be that since I'm "awake" now, I really don't need the pills ????
