You could say, "Sweetie, sleep apnea can kill. I don't want to lose you. Would you please wear this gizmo overnight?

From earlier work on "sleepnet" a lady reported, "When I started using CPAP my reflux and irritable bowel syndrome went into remission, except for once a month". I interpreted this to indicate that the CPAP setting was unable to overcome the level of sleep apnea during PMS.

If you can get to a medical library a paper on "CPAP", "sleep apnea" and "PMS" has been published
in "Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand" (That is the abreviation) in 2003

Citation: "Is sleep disorder treatment appropriate for premenstrual syndrome? Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand 2003: 82:99"

By reversing the information, (The snarly attitude once a month) I told my 'ex' that she had sleep apena. (She had diagnosed me before our divorce.)

Best to all
