Radically change your diet immediately and keep on the program for no less than 90 days. Post again in 90 days and tell me how good your sleep has become. Eliminate all beef and diary products. No cow meat, cheese, butter, or cow's milk. Eliminate most wheat and wheat flour, cereals made from wheat or wheat products. Get rid of caffine beverages. Substitite cow's milk with soy milk. Oats are good. Eat mostly veggie and fruits. Eggs and fresh fried hashbrowns (no cheese) are great for a meal. Eat a lot of cooked rice and beans. Veggie soups should be a staple. Potatoes and broccoli every day if possible. Rice crackers or stawberries are good for snacks. If any meat other than fish, eat only small chuncks for flavoring. Take a multi vitamin everyday. Hard exercise three days a week for 1/2 hr.
