subconciously taking off cpap mask

Posted by jc811 on September 20, 2007 at 16:20:59:

I have been using cpap with a full face mask for about 2 years and up until recently had no problems. In the last three months I have noticed I will wake up in the morning with my cpap mask off and I dont remember taking it off in the middle of the night. Has anybody ever experienced this. If so are there any suggestions to fix this problem. It happenns at least three times a week. Thanks
