I’ve posted it before, but I guess I need to post it again. Try following a strict sequence for going to bed and getting up. Hopefully, you will learn to always follow this sequence and not remove the mask in your sleep, as this would be contrary to the sequence.

Make sure that the mask is on and the machine engaged before lying down to sleep (or where there’s the potential of falling asleep). When awakening, reverse the sequence; do not remove the mask or disengage the machine until you’re sitting up or standing up.

Follow this sequence even for potty trips. Some masks have snap-on/snap-off connectors for potty trips. If you don’t wish to remove the mask for potty trips make sure that you follow the rest of the sequence.
