There's two things I've noticed that bother my eyes. The major one is that often while I'm asleep (particularly on my side) that I often get leaks that blow air into my eyes. It's particularly bad if I lay on my side, because the pillow pushes up on the front of the mask. Sometimes I get a leak too from the hose being pulled one way or the other, so it works best for me if I hang the hose over the head of the bed and try and stay on my back. The other thing that helps is to keep the mask clean so there's a good seal. A dirty mask (that means oily) doesn't seal well.

Secondarily, I do get a sense of pressure in my sinuses when the pressure is high (I have an APAP) which puts pressure on my eyes. I don't notice this at lower pressures (say less than 9).

You say you have moderate apnea. Is your pressure very high? Or do you have an APAP that has the mas pressure set very high?
